GO ON MOVE SOMETHING!
After a while we tend to stop seeing things when we get used to them, they just seem to fade into the background but if you move them somewhere new, because your eye isn't used to seeing them there - you notice them again!
The large painting on the wall were painted by me. :-)

That is so true. I love changing things around. My stepmother is notorious for changing furniture around - everytime we visit something is different. Once, I was staying there while she and my dad were away, and one of my old friends was visiting me, and we changed the entire living room around just for fun - just to see what my step-mom would say!
(She took it all in great humour.)
Hi Jennifer, I am glad someone else likes changing things too!
Joe's Mother, like your stepmother loves to change her furniture around - at times it can be quite disorientating.
Staying there one night we had come in late and gone straight up to bed, next morning bleary eyed and not quite awake I staggered into the living room and went to sit down in my normal spot and nearly sat on a table! She had had one of her 'move arounds' and I hadn't caught up! :-)
Changing things around the house gives new look to your surroundings and makes you feel better and happier. BTW, I love those abstract paintings you have on the wall!
Hello TK
It sounds as though you are a fan of moving things around too.
I am glad you like the paintings! - I painted them. :-)
Thanks for visiting.
I like very much the green colour on your wall!
Thanks Michaela :-)
Excellent advice. It's very true that things fade into the background. Moving and displaying them in a new place seems to breath new life into things that usually go unnoticed.
I like the clock. Good job! Nice blog!
